Whilst we’ve received an over-whelmingly positive response to our plans for Penuel Chapel, from both our existing audience and local people, opening a museum of the paranormal and spirituality in a place of worship was naturally bound to ruffle feathers amongst those who are unfamiliar with popular spirituality. And so it was that yesterday Erik and I welcomed two sets of news reporters to our museum to help calm concerns that had been raised by the building’s former owners.

Both stories have now been published, with the BBC’s coverage also due to air on television later today. Thank you to those who came to our museum: it was a pleasure to show you around. You can read their stories below.
